It's our 50th episode, my friend. How in the world did we get to this place? I am over the moon to be able to have 50 episodes under my belt, under our belt, and thank you for being here, for all of them. So this week it's all about taking 10 minutes to come back to your breath. There are huge benefits of spending just 10 minutes a day for you in a way that is meditative. And in this episode, I talk about the fact that meditating does NOT mean sitting cross-legged on the floor, trying to clear your mind of all of its clutter and what the downfalls are when we do not take time for ourselves to leave the chaos behind.
